Family Mission to Fairmont, West Virginia

CCC will send out a team of children, youth and adults to serve the community of Fairmont in Christian love by meeting both their physical and spiritual needs for the glory of God. Along with team members, we also need team leaders in the areas of construction and Vacation Bible School. Days will be spent working in the community during the day on various outreach and service projects. In the evenings our team will enjoy times of worship with guest speakers.

Project activities will include, but are not limited to:

Construction: Many homes in the area are in major need of repair in order to be livable. Handrails and ramps will be built to all the elderly and disabled to safely and easily enter their homes.

VBS: By caring for the children in the community, we will be able to reach out and impact their families as well.

Evangelism: Poverty, alcoholism and divorce are a way of life in Fairmont. We'll be reaching out to this broken community with the love of the gospel of Christ.

Cost per person ranges from $240 - $440 depending on age and parental involvement. Each student and adult will raise all or part of their support for the trip.
