For the week of Sept. 29th
1. The Lord has been gracious in blessing our family at CCC with a number of infants, toddlers, and children in recent months! We have recently had to open up classrooms for infants and toddlers which means we need YOUR help. We still need a few more volunteers in order to cover the classes so that volunteers only have to serve once a month. Please contact Whitney Byerly at whitney@christcommunitycobb.org or Bonnie Lane at info@christcommunitycobb.org to volunteer to serve the children of CCC.
2. Dr. Sam Larsen and Greg Clemens will lead a four-part seminar on discipleship each Sunday morning in October from 9:15-10:15 a.m. The series is called "What does it mean to follow Jesus?" and will address the following topics:
Biblical Foundations for Discipleship, Five Key Elements for Discipleship, Spiritual Gifts and the Church, and Finding Your Niche and Mapping Your Journey.
