Cameron Barham - Lead Pastor

cameron@christcommunitycobb.org

My name is Cameron Barham, and I started at Christ Community Church as lead pastor in September 2014. My wife Susan and I have two children, Devon and Kimberly, and are empty nesters. We previously lived in Macon, Georgia where I served as the Director of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine at OrthoGeorgia and the assistant to the pastor at Strong Tower Fellowship. I graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta with a M.Div in May of 2014. My past experience includes serving as a chaplain at the Middle Georgia Rescue Mission, serving as an elder and the Missional Communities Pastor at New City Church downtown in Macon, and serving as an interim at Four Corners Church in Newnan. I have a passion for preaching God’s Word, seeing others grow in their relationship with Christ, and serving in the community in a variety of creative ways. We are excited to see how God will be glorified at CCC in the coming years!

Josh Cuthbertson - Worship Director

josh@christcommunitycobb.org

My name is Josh Cuthbertson. I was hired as Christ Community’s Worship Director in January 2010. My wife, Aileen, and I have three daughters: Hannah, Maggie, and Reese. Our family spent the previous four and a half years, prior to coming to GA, in St. Louis, MO so that I could pursue further training from Covenant Theological Seminary. I finally completed my Master of Arts in Educational Ministry (with a concentration in Worship) in May of 2012.

Before seminary Aileen and I spent 3 years helping some good friends of ours plant Sand Harbor PCA church in Jupiter, FL. I led worship, and established the youth ministry, and Aileen was an integral part of the women’s ministry, youth ministry, and the church administration.

Prior to our time in Florida Aileen and I were both involved in a wonderful campus ministry called Campus Outreach where we had many opportunities to grow in our faith, experience discipleship first-hand, and learn how to share our faith with the world around us.

Robby Baxter - Assimilation Director

robby@christcommunitycobb.org

My name is Robby Baxter, and I started at Christ Community Church as Director of Assimilation in June 2016. Previously I studied for degrees in theology and church history at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, just outside Chicago, and served as a pastoral intern at churches in Cartersville, GA and Paris, France. I grew up right here in the Kennesaw area and am blessed to be serving in a place near and dear to my heart. I have a passion for helping to make God’s Word known and understood, and for helping others to become connected to the life and mission of the church as we seek to be faithful witnesses of the power and love of God as revealed in the gospel.

Matt O'Sullivan - Youth Director

matt@christcommunitycobb.org

My name is Matt O'Sullivan, and I was brought on as an intern at Christ Community Church in August 2015. I became the youth director in August 2016. I am engaged to be married to Kaitlyn Weaver in December 2016, and I currently live in Dallas. I am pursuing an M.Div at RTS Atlanta and I also work at the Brookstone Chick-Fil-A.

I am originally from Delaware, and I served for three summers during my college years as a youth intern at Crossroads Presbyterian Church. I am excited to be doing ministry in the Metro Atlanta area. I enjoy teaching and preaching God's Word, and I especially love to disciple youth and help them learn what it means to follow Jesus in all of their lives!

Whitney Byerly - Children's Director

whitney@christcommunitycobb.org

My name is Whitney Byerly. My husband, Chris, and I have three children: Gracie Anne, Allie, and Haddon. We both grew up in Georgia; Chris in Savannah and me in Rome. Early in our marriage, while Chris was still serving in the Air Force, we spent 4 years in Phoenix, Arizona, and 2 years in Denver, Colorado. We now live in Dallas, GA and were very excited to come “back home."

I have an Early Childhood Education degree from Valdosta State University, but have always had a desire to teach children. Growing up in ministry as a “preacher’s kid,” I knew early on that God was calling me into ministry in some capacity. I have experience working with kids of all ages including volunteering in children’s ministries at churches in Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO and Austell, GA; teaching preschool-aged children; and also teaching 3rd grade. My passion is to see children gain a true understanding of who God is as well as become all that God has designed them to be.

Bonnie Lane - Ministry Assistant

bonnie@christcommunitycobb.org

My name is Bonnie Lane. My husband, Jack, and I have two boys: Daniel and Christopher. I was born in Atlanta and have lived in Georgia my entire life. I came to know Christ as an adult when my husband and I started attending Christ Community Church a few years ago. After several visits, God began to reveal to me just how broken I was and my need for Christ. The body of Christ Community Church has been instrumental in my spiritual journey, and I have a desire to support the health of the church, as well as spread the gospel to the local community. Assisting our ministry leaders enables me to fulfill this desire. I am serving in the role of Ministry Assistant.
