The missions team of Christ Community Church exists to glorify God by directing and overseeing our missions outreach, both locally and globally, in obedience to Christ's great commission and in alignment with the vision and values of Christ Community Church.

 

MISSIONS AWARENESS MONTH FEBRUARY 2012

Every Sunday in February we focus on our church vision for overseas and home missions.  We have our missionaries and church plants share God’s work in their ministries. We also have special programs for our Kid’s Town ministry and InnerMission youth group. Our month will conclude with our Faith Promise Commitments when everyone is encouraged to make their Faith Promise pledge for 2012 towards missions. Check back early 2012 for a schedule of events for this exciting month focused on missions.

Overseas Missionary Families

  • Only one CCC family per missionary
  • Commitment is from February 2010-January 2011 Contact (i.e. letter, phone, or email) missionary once/month
  • Send care package/gift twice a year (Birthday & Christmas)
  • Pray for your missionary regularly and frequently

Georgia Church Planting Families

  • Only one CCC family per church-planting family
  • Commitment is from February 2010-January 2011
  • Send a Birthday card to each family member on his/her birthday
  • Send a care package to the family at Christmas
  • Pray for your church-planting family regularly/frequently

OTHER WAYS TO BECOME INVOLVED
