Introduction: We all have needs and grumble, but we don't all seek the same help

Do you find yourself grumbling in the midst of the needs and challenges of daily life? Where do you turn for help? What aspects of your beliefs and behaviors affect where you turn?

 

Exodus 16:1-12

Do you ever wish to go back to a former way of life as if it woulbe be better to deal with the "devil you know?"

 

Do you trust the Lord to provide for your daily needs even in the midst of your grumbling and sin? Do you trust the Lord to bring you home to Himself to enjoy Him forever?

 

Application:

Confessing Our Truest and Deepest Need: John 6:25-51

Do you believe in faith that Jesus Christ is the true bread of life that nourishes you unto eternal life or are you seeking another form of salvation or savior? Are you actively seeking to know the person and work of Christ as the ongoing nourishment for your growth and maturity (or sanctification)?
