Jonah 4:1-11

I. God’s grace is not limited by our prejudices or loyalties.

b. God’s mercy and faithfulness extend to multitudes of sinners and to creation

itself.

II. God’s servants may fail to reflect God’s character.

a. They may desire to bend God’s gracious intentions to their own selfish purposes.

b. They may succumb to frustration and despair.

III. God’s grace calls his wayward servants back.

a. God lovingly chastens his servants.

b. God manifests to his servants the wideness of his sovereignty and compassion.
