Introduction:
What impact have words had on your life?
How have words affected your view of yourself?
The Conquering Word of God and the King of Kings and Lord of Lords:
Revelation 19:11-16
“The Lamb’s final conquest comes not in the form of military action but in “revealing, persuading, and judging” words from the one who did not kill but died for others.”

Uncivil Worship and Witness: Following the Lamb into the New Creation
Do you trust that the Word of God can actually defeat the wisdom and power of the principalities and powers of this world?
If not the Word of God, what can defeat evil once and for all?
The Covenantal Curse and the Great and Terrible Supper of God:
Revelation 19:17-21:
“The final battle is portrayed as a covenantal curse….One by one, Jesus is defeating every opponent. He is ensuring the triumph that he has promised to his people.”
Derek Thomas, Let’s Study Revelation
Which meal would you prefer to be a part of: the Marriage Supper of the Lamb or the Great Supper of God?

-those who rebel against God will be consumed at the Great and Terrible Supper of God
as they were warned
